The island as a city. One city full of people. People trying to get off the island. People not able to share. The city as an isolate piece in the middle of a regular space. A regular space sized without scale. Scale lost in a grid. The isolation as a lack of relation with the surroundings. A death city in solitary confinement. Solitude as a voluntary conditioner. One city is growing with no limitation. Regular space is not infinite. The infinite is a grid. Black and white and grey and noise.
There are other islands. Islands of cities. Cities of people. People trying to communicate. Communication without limits. Limits with no grid. Grid not related to a regular space. Regular space sized and scaled. Scale as a condition of growth.
Colours and shades and nuances.
Shades and limits. Limits related to the will of the city to grow and to expand. Expansion associated to the adaptation to the environment. The city as a capacitor of needs. Need to take place and shelter. Need to share common places and experiences.
La isla como una ciudad. Una ciudad llena de personas. Personas tratando de salir de la isla. Personas que no pueden compartir. La ciudad como una pieza aislada en medio de un espacio regular. Un espacio regular sin escala. Escala perdida en una cuadrícula. El aislamiento como falta de relación con el entorno. Una ciudad de la muerte en soledad. La soledad como un condicionante voluntario. Una ciudad creciendo sin limitaciones. El espacio regular no es infinito. El infinito es una cuadrícula. Blanco y negro y gris y ruido.
Hay otras islas. Islas de ciudades. Ciudades de personas. Personas tratando de comunicarse. Comunicación sin límites. Límites sin cuadrícula. Cuadrícula no relacionada con un espacio regular. Espacio regular medido y escalado. La escala como una condición de crecimiento. Colores y sombras y matices.
Sombras y límites. Límites relacionados con la voluntad de la ciudad de crecer y expandirse. Expansión asociada a la adaptación al entorno. La ciudad como un condensador de necesidades. Necesidad de tener lugar y refugio. Necesidad de compartir lugares y experiencias comunes.
